How to make a report

You can call us on Freephone 0800 4 101 101, or write to us at Freepost CIRAS. Report forms are available by clicking here.

You can also contact us by text by sending your contact details to 07507 285887.

Once you have given us your details, a CIRAS reporter will call at a time convenient to you in order to discuss your concern. This call will typically last around 15 minutes and is your chance to let us know the issues you face where you work.

The office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can leave a telephone message with your contact details outside these hours or text us at any time. One of our team will call you back at a time to suit you.

Please note: CIRAS staff cannot contact you while you are at work. Whether your report comes in by phone, post or text, we will call you back and carry out a short interview.
