We help you hear safety concerns from anyone in transport so you can act to reduce risk.

If everyone raised their health and safety concerns, there would be more opportunities for businesses to keep people safe and prevent incidents. But often people stay silent. We can help you to hear every voice, by listening impartially to your employees and anyone working in transport, and sharing their insight with you. We protect people’s identities when we share their concerns with you. You can then use the information you learn from their concerns to address risks and help keep people safe.

Health and safety in transport has progressed significantly since CIRAS began in 1996. Today we work closely with our members, supplementing their own systems, sharing best practice and working together to build a culture of listening – so that everyone gets home safe and well.

As a CIRAS member, you have peace of mind knowing that your people can always come forward and be heard.

We offer our members a confidential reporting hotline, exclusive reporting data and a community of shared good practice to learn from reports and each other.

If you’re already a member, are you making the most of everything your membership has to offer you? Check out our full list of services and benefits, or visit resources and learning for ideas and inspiration.
