Reporting a concern
During this time you can still report concerns through our normal channels (telephone, text and online form*). If your concern is relating to a real time issue or incident, please report these through your company’s real-time reporting channels.
During this time we can receive online payments* but will not be able to issue any certificates.
*We will process any payments and reports as a priority as soon as the office reopens (on Monday 4 January 2021). Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
