What’s happened because of CIRAS reports closed in 2021/22: end-of-year special.

In 2021/22, an action was taken for 80% of closed reports, while two or more actions were taken for 15% of closed reports. You can see examples of some of the actions resulting from reports below.

List of some of the outcomes from CIRAS confidential reports in 2021/22 including: 47 rules or procedures clarified; 37 audits or investigations; 30 briefings; 16 communications approved; 7 equipment faults attended to; 5 equipment provided; 5 rules or procedures changed; 5 rosters clarified; 5 rules or procedures introduced.
