Here’s more information on renewing your membership and using our new Customer Hub. 

CIRAS membership is due for renewal soon, and your member levy is due for payment by 1 March 2025. We’re currently making sure we have all the right details for your company. Look out for our emails. 

This year we’re managing renewals through our new, easy-to-use Customer Hub. The Customer Hub keeps all the details about your levy and invoice in one place. If you are the CIRAS rep or finance rep for your organisation, you can log in with the same login details you use for the CIRAS website. 

If you don’t yet have a login for the CIRAS website, click ‘Register’ in the top-right corner of the website to set one up. 

How to register to the CIRAS website 

What information we need 

This is what we’re asking for so we can send you your invoice: 

  • agreement to the CIRAS membership terms and conditions  
  • confirmation of whether you need a purchase order number on your invoice 
  • confirmation of your company’s contact details 
  • your financial turnover (to calculate your levy) 
  • your purchase order number (if needed). 

You can complete everything in one go now, but if you don’t have all the details ready, you can save your progress and log in later. We’ll send you reminders if anything’s missing. 

Sentinel members 

If you’re a Sentinel member and must subscribe to a confidential reporting service, you’ll need to complete your renewal by 1 April to prevent a lapse in membership. You’ll need to upload your CIRAS membership certificate to your supplier assurance scheme provider by this deadline.
