Here’s more information on renewing your membership and using our Customer Hub.
CIRAS 26/27 membership is due for renewal, and you will have already received communication from us asking you to renew your membership. The membership renewal process needs to be completed by 31 March 2026 to ensure there's no lapse in your CIRAS membership.
We’re managing renewals through our Customer Hub. This keeps all the details about your levy and invoice in one place. If you are the CIRAS rep or finance rep for your organisation, you can log in with the same details you use for the CIRAS website.
If you don’t yet have a login for the CIRAS website, click ‘Register’ in the top-right corner of the website to set one up. For more details, here’s how to register to the CIRAS website.
What information we need
This is what we’re asking for so we can send you your invoice:
- confirmation of your company’s contact details
- agreement to the CIRAS membership terms and conditions
- your financial turnover (to calculate your levy)
- confirmation of whether you need a purchase order number on your invoice
- your purchase order number (if needed).
You can complete everything in one go, but if you don’t have all the details ready, you can save your progress and log in later. We’ll send you reminders if anything’s missing.
Sentinel members
If you’re a Sentinel member and must subscribe to a confidential reporting service, you’ll need to complete your renewal by 31 March to prevent a lapse in membership. You’ll need to upload your CIRAS membership certificate to your supplier assurance scheme provider by this deadline.
