What happens when you join?
As a new member, you'll receive a welcome pack with everything you need to get you started. In there, you'll find details of how to access all the member-exclusive content on our website, including the 'My CIRAS' members' area, plus details of your dedicated stakeholder manager.
The form asks you to nominate a CIRAS rep - someone in your organisation who will take responsibility for making your CIRAS membership work for you. Your stakeholder manager will be in touch with your rep to offer them a range of induction options, and help get them off on the right foot. This could be a one-to-one session with the stakeholder manager, and/or attendance at one of our regular rep induction sessions. Either way, we'll make sure they're quickly aware of what's expected of them and hooked into all the support they need.
Your stakeholder manager can also offer guidance on how to embed your new CIRAS membership in your organisation, and work with you jointly on your onboarding plans. Together, we will make sure your membership really does make you a safer employer.
