CIRAS campaign: make the right call
When someone is listening, we’re more likely to make the right call and report our concerns. That's the focus of our latest campaign. It encourages transport staff to report their safety concerns, and raises awareness of CIRAS as a confidential safety hotline alongside company channels and other reporting routes.
We’ve created a pack of resources to help our members share the campaign's key message: Make the right call and report your safety concerns.

We’ve recently attended Rail Live on 19-20 June and the Rail Safety Week conference on 24 June. Coming up, we’ll be at:

Rep survey results: a deeper dive
Thank you to everyone who contributed to our annual reps’ survey we sent out in October 2023. We had our biggest response to date, with 392 reps completing the survey. This gives us valuable insights into your thoughts about CIRAS and the service we offer. We use these insights to inform our business planning and communications, improve our service, develop new materials for members, and shape discussions with our members and stakeholders.
We have looked closely at your responses. Here, we share more of what we’ve learned from what you’ve told us.
New app explainer video
Our new video shows how to use our CIRAS reporting app to report safety concerns. Log in to our member resources area to download the video and our app communications pack, which has all new resources this year.

New tram poster
We have another new resource for you this month: a light rail poster joins our sector poster series. You can find this in our member resources area on the website, with our other sector posters.
