The free online health and wellbeing festival for people working in rail returned in January, with video content on-demand after the event.

Rail Wellbeing Live was back in 2026 and bigger than ever. It took place over five days on 19–23 January.
Rail workers could register to join the event platform and access the event's content on-demand until 20 February, including guest speakers on a variety of health and wellbeing topics, guided exercise sessions with something for everyone, and more.
New for 2026: the Frontline Zone, and the Zen Zone. The Frontline Zone included pre-recorded sessions for operational and shift workers, with topics such as fatigue, building strength, metabolic health, debt support, gut health, a practical session on men's cancers, and starting life-saving conversations.
The Zen Zone featured pre-recorded mindfulness, meditation, laughter yoga sessions, and more, for inner calm.
