The free online health and wellbeing festival for people working in rail returns in January.

rail-wellbeing-live-2024

Rail Wellbeing Live is back in 2026 and will be bigger than ever. It will take place over five days on 19–23 January.

You can register to join the event platform and create your own agenda, including guest speakers on a variety of health and wellbeing topics, guided exercise sessions with something for everyone, and more.

New for this year: the Frontline Zone, and the Zen Zone. The Frontline Zone features pre-recorded sessions for operational and shift workers, with topics such as fatigue, building strength, metabolic health, debt support, gut health, a practical session on men's cancers, and starting life-saving conversations.

Go the Zen Zone for pre-recorded mindfulness, meditation, laughter yoga sessions, and more, all to help you find your inner calm.
