There has been no significant change to reporting job roles since period 9.
As of period 10, the top three themes are even: person's environment, rules and procedure, and health and wellbeing. These themes are often associated with each other—for example, person's environment with health and wellbeing. Our data shows that reports tagged with both these themes have often discussed uncomfortable working temperatures, and how long-term exposure to these conditions were impacting on staff health and wellbeing. Other reports have discussed welfare facilities being either in poor condition or inaccessible, and how this impacts on health.
There's a slight increase in reporters raising concerns about their rosters, including the impact of rosters on either their health or on the safe running of services. For example, some reports have shared that early starting shifts put drivers at risk of fatigue, because shifts were starting between 02:00 and 06:00, and reporters felt that these hours had the highest risk of fatigue.
