Getting the word out
The CIRAS confidential reporting service is still operating as normal during the COVID-19 crisis. We are here to listen to the health, safety and wellbeing concerns that workers across the transport industry are experiencing. As many staff are furloughed or working from home and we cannot visit our members to brief people face to face, we’re trying new ways to make sure members’ staff know how we can help them – such as the webinar we’re running for frontline workers on 7 May. We know some members are also thinking creatively about how to promote CIRAS using digital channels – tell us what you’re doing by emailing us at email@example.com.
New poster for frontline staff
We have created a new A4 poster which reminds frontline staff that they can still come to CIRAS during the current pandemic and we will listen to their concerns in confidence. The poster includes examples of some of the common reporting themes emerging since the crisis began. You can download it from our members’ portal.

We have launched a new resources page on our website, to set out what we are doing to support CIRAS members during the coronavirus pandemic. Details of good practice, forthcoming webinars and other resources will appear here.
