A notice board near a railway access point was taken down in Folkestone when it was vandalised. It provided important information for track workers about access.

Network Rail thanked the reporter for raising awareness of this. It found the access point sign on the floor just inside the access gate.

The cable ties had been snapped and the sign graffitied. Network Rail returned the sign to the depot to remove the graffiti and clean it, then reinstalled it with sturdier cable ties that are harder to cut.
