We will be closed for the Easter break from 4 to 6 April, and will reopen on Tuesday 7 April.

This year, you will be able to raise concerns via our reporting hotline on Good Friday, 3 April. If you would like to report a concern over the weekend or on Easter Monday, you can do this by using the CIRAS reporting app, which is available from Google Play and the App Store, or by using our online form. If you prefer, you can send your concern by post to Freepost CIRAS.

If your concern is about a real-time issue or incident that could cause imminent harm, please report it through your company’s real-time reporting channels as usual.
