At the event, railway professionals will meet to discuss rail safety, wellbeing, risk and professional development in a changing industry. There will be three core themes:

  • foundations of safety
  • Great British rail strategy
  • health, wellness and you.

There will also be a chance to discuss topics including legal responsibilities, risk assessment, safety decision-making, safety-related cost-benefit analysis, occupational health and wellness, psychosocial risk, and the importance of continuing professional development (CPD) for railway professionals.
