Make the right call and report it
If you make the right call and report your safety concerns, the right people can take action. What you know could help keep others safe.
You could tell your supervisor or manager, use company reporting channels, raise a close call, or speak to a union. If you prefer to raise your concerns in confidence, or if you’ve tried other reporting channels without success, you can contact us: CIRAS confidential safety hotline for the transport sector. See below for our reporting contact details.
We listen to you. We protect your identity. We send a report to the right people who can act. They won’t know who you are but they'll know about your concern. Our member companies commit to investigate, take appropriate action, and respond. We'll share their response with you so you know what's happened. You can raise a concern through us for your employer or for another company.
When someone is listening, we’re all more likely to make the right call and raise our concerns. By listening, we learn.
