We do this by listening to the concerns and suggestions that workers across transport and infrastructure aren’t raising openly. The breadth of our community also means we can look for patterns that cut across traditional company or sector boundaries.

We analyse the concerns raised to identify trends in the themes, root causes and location. Members can access these to compare with their own analyses of incidents or internal reports to build a complete picture.

Learning from why people choose to report confidentially can be just as important as understanding the issue they are reporting. We track the trends in what is driving people to be heard confidentially as a valuable input to members, as they continue to improve their reporting culture.
